About the company
ALBERO BV, run by Maarten Delvaeye, is a trading company that specializes in commercializing the entire Belgian ornamental tree assortment.
Maarten Delvaeye is already the third generation tree grower and has focused on the production of avenue and ornamental trees in sizes 6/8 to 12/14. The assortment consists of both evergreen and deciduous trees, which are sold both bare root and rootballed, and can be offered in large quantities.
The company can rely on its own production of 40 hectares of fertile sandy loam soil.
We start with selected rootstocks, which we breed and cultivate ourselves into full-sized trees. Our trees mainly find their way via export all over Europe, to wholesalers or other nurserymen, for direct planting in certain projects, for potting or for further cultivation to larger sizes.
For some of our customers, we are also responsible for organizing transport (refrigerated or not) and issuing the necessary certificates.
In order to be able to offer our customers a complete service, we work together with our regular local partners.
Because we take care of the breeding of all cultivated varieties ourselves, we can maintain a good price-quality ratio.
